These parcels are adjacent to each other in an area above Holman known as La Sierra. Parcel A lies above the road, Parcel B is below. Both are primarily meadow, brushed with oak groves and a smattering of ponderosa pine, both have terrific views. The upper parcel (A) has three benches – one at the road, one in the middle (which maaaaay be watered by the La Sierra Ditch, which is at the upper end of the second level), then climbing steeply to the third plateau, that overlooks all of the Mora Valley. The lower parcel (B) is gently sloped and basically at one level – a prime piece of building ground. Strong southern exposure – you’ll need it – power isn’t close by |
Parcel A | |
|
Three benches – the lowest, at the county road, has a lovely building site in a protected area that still gives the benefit of great views of the Sangre de Cristos and the valleys below. The second level is a wide open meadow, and may have irrigation rights from the La Sierra Ditch (we’re looking into that possibility – stay tuned for further updates!). The third bench is on a plateau high above the aforementioned ditch. Close to national forest – high country living! Four wheel drive access in winter time $89,200 Financing: cash, new finance Scroll down for information on the adjoining tract! |
