Okay, this one is a bit of a toughie. Tract 2 has one or two nice house sites (I think!). This is a long strip of ground with lots of forest, and lots of arroyo bisecting it – thus the great price. (If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.) The good news is – power crosses the property, and there is paved access. It’s close to Mora (less than two miles) and it’s a great deal for the right person. Tract 3 is a .37 acre tract on the south end that’s across the road – it’s got an irrigation ditch along one end, an old adobe ruin, and it’s basically all open ground.
